A great company to have your plumbing needs meet. I worked with 2 staff members today. Chris and Jack. Chris worked on my bathroom plumbing in my tub. He had to replace the work done by another company. The work was done not correctly and that company would not honor the work cause it had been over 30 days. I had the previous company out 2 times to correct. I was told that I always would have to tighten the handles up. Not true Clog Pro fixed them the correct way. Absolutely astonishing the consistency of customer service experiences that we continue to receive from the professionals at ClogPro. Danny Polk is yet another great team member. He quickly identified the challenge, updated me throughout the process and we were back up and running with drainage restored for our tenants in no time. I would like to give a shout out to the Clog Pro Team. The service that I received was outstanding.  From the first phone  call all my questions were answered, the appointment was set, and the plumber called within the time window.  When Josh arrived,  he assessed the problem and got to work.  Josh has very good people skills, a great work ethic, attention to detail, and his truck was clean, neat, tools were clean and in good working order.
